Vitamin C- SuperHero

Adding Vitamin C to my daily regimen is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin.

It’s an antioxidant that brightens, smooths fine lines and helps to fight free radicals that can damage the skin .

Of course not all vitamin C are the same. So you need to look out for the right concentration and ingredients for your skin type.

Also, you don’t have to limit Vitamin C to just serums. You can get Vitamin C in cleansers, moisturizers, exfoliants and sunscreens.

These Vitamin C products have worked pretty well for my oily skin. I apply it in the mornings, let it absorb before using my moisturizer and sunscreen ( by the way, using a sunscreen after applying Vitamin C is important ).

1. Naturium Super Serum Plus

This is my favourite Vitamin C serum. It’s called super serum for a good reason. It’s got all the good stuff 😃. Vitamin C, retinol, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide acid, salicylic acid.

This ‘awesomeness’ in one bottle leaves my skin slightly moisturized and smooth. Absorbs quickly, not greasy or tacky. I love it! 💓

2. Vitamin C Detox Skincare

This is an affordable superdrug product and it’s a great buy! It’s got kakadu plum ( used for anti-ageing ) and goji extract ( promotes healthy skin ). Gives a beautiful radiant glow, makes my skin smooth and hydrated. Absolutely love the citrus fragrance and a little goes a long way. Repurchasing?

3. Vitamin C Detox Skincare Energizing Facial Spritz

Spritz spritz spritz….Love it! Also has an orangey smell. Totally hydrates, refreshes and brightens dull and tired skin. Me likey the idea of a Vitamin C mist. 😻

4. Eclat Vitamin C Serum

This is the serum I’ve used the longest. Makes my skin looks smoother. It’s formulated with 20% Vitamin C concentration, hyaluronic acid, ferulic acid, jojoba oil, Vitamin E and more. Amazing noticable difference after using this product for a few weeks. An affordable face serum. Definitely recommend. 💗

5. Instanatural Triple Strength Vitamin C Serum

Need a bigger size of this. It’s described as an anti-aging, wrinkle and brightening serum. It gave my skin a nice glow and gave a nice texture. Just wish I had more of it to test it out and see how it affects my skin in the long term.

6. Endyar Vitamin C Serum

This affordable serum has a 20% Vitamin C concentration which is perfect for my skin type. Contains hyaluronic acid and vitamin E as well. This hydrates and gives a plump feel to the skin. I always get that nourished feel when I apply it 😽.
