These tips might sound clichè but if truly practiced, you will feel ‘amaze-balls’!

It’s mostly about the mindset.

1. Change your approach or better still, change your mindset and start to feel confident about yourself.

2. Embrace something new. It could be a fun outfit, a new makeup look or a fun hair-do. embrace it! Comfort zone?! Nah!

3. Do something nice for yourself. Pamper and treat yourself. Make yourself feel less stressed or tired. Go ahead, do something nice for yourself.
My favorite is getting a massage. Why not?!

4. Smile more!
You obviously look more attractive and younger with a smile. I can attest to that.☺️

5. I read dancing and singing can boost your mood and make you feel good. Well, it’s worth the shot. Time to move!

6. Go for a walk or a jog or a run. Apart from feeling fantastic afterwards, there are other physical benefits.

8. Wearing the right scents. How you smell affects how confident you feel. There are certain fragrances that can trigger some emotions in a positive way. So when you inhale them, ‘Oh my’ you instantly go to a pleasant place.

9. Compliment yourself Tell yourself how amazing you look and feel. own it! own it.

10. Feed your skin, whether you are team organic or not, It’s great to rejuvenate the skin. When your skin looks good, you feel good as well.
