😄 I can’t get enough of some of these products.

Motec Beauty is a Nigerian make-up and cosmetic brand💃. Heard about this brand via a beauty makeup artist/ influencer on instagram. She used this foundation consistently on her clients. The result each time was flawless. So, became pretty curious. The fact they are a nigerian brand, a plus!

The brand has several distributors across and beyond Nigeria. I got mine @brenomyyy on instagram. Great customer service!

Motec Ultimate Coverage Matte Foundation.

At the time I got the foundations, they had not introduced their new formula. Difficult to decide which I prefer😕

This foundation is full coverage. Oh my!😍 It’s not overly drying and guess what? It’s got SPF50.

Motec’s Description:

Ultimate coverage 24 hour, lightweight, full-coverage foundation with 24-hour wear that stands humidity,sweat, water and transfer resistant. A balance of water and concentrated pigments gives skin a flexible, natural finish.

camouflage acne, redness, hyperpigmentation and discoloration with breathable coverage that wouldn’t clog your pores.

Non-acnegenic and dermatologically tested for all skin tones and skin types.

The product is vegan and cruelty-free.

All this for one foundation o! Biko (please), they deserve accolades and more recognition.

This here, is a goooood buy. The price? berrraaa!

Only downside, finding my perfect shade. Had to customize my shade by mixing 2-3 shades to get the perfect color. Another perfect example of the pro outweighing the con. 😊

MB312 Proclain— Mary Kay Bronze 404

MB330 Motec Light— MaryKay Bronze 500

MB340 Teracotta— Bronze 507

MB350 Dark Caramel— Bronze 600

MB355 Choco— Bronze 607

MB360 Expressor— Bronze 708

MB380 Mahogany— Bronze 808

Espressor (360) is my shade but it comes out a bit too red. Well, like I mentioned I mix a few to get my desired shade.

This foundation retails for 3,500 Naira.

They recently just released a new formula.

Motec Ultimate Coverage 24 hours ‘Antiviral’ Foundation:

This upgrade? Kai! Superbomb dot com.😍

It applied flawlessly! Gives a sort of satin matte finish, pretty lightweight and full coverage. Didn’t feel cakey at all. Abeg 5 gbosa for this one. Found a new holy grail if I want my makeup to stay kamkpe (put).

It’s also in 7 shades, same shade names and MaryKay equivalent. I did notice a slight difference with the shades of both formulas.
